1 How do I track my order?
If your order has not arrived as expected please call us on 01807 580213 and we will track your order for you and contact you with an update.
2 What are your accepted forms of payment?
You can pay for your goods securely through our website in the checkout process. We use Sage pay as a safe method of payment. We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron and Mastercard. You can also pay using Paypal when you checkout. We do not accept American Express.
3 How do I cancel my order?
If your order has been shipped, unfortunately we cannot cancel the order. If you would like to call us prior to shipment, please call us on 01807 580213. As we process orders for 24 hour delivery, please call as soon as possible in order that we can cancel prior to issuing your order. As we are based in the Speyside region of the Highlands sometimes packages take longer to arrive than 24 hours but we always try to get it to you as quickly as possible.
