Private Cellars Selection
The premise of the Private Cellars Selection is that, if the assessors enjoy the whisky enough, then it will be bottled based on quality scoring rather than price point, age, colour or distillery name. Casks are purchased by The Whisky Cellar and held in their private cellars until such time as they are ready for bottling.
