This Whisky Castle single cask bottling, is an 11 year old single malt whisky, from the Caol Ila distillery.

The special bottle was distilled in 1989 and bottled for the Whisky Castle in the year 2000. This is a very rare bottling from ourselves bought from one of the previous owners. It was released to celebrate the Centenary of the shop being open which is now nearly 120 years old.

This bottle, at cask strength of 57.1%, is from the highest village in the highlands and one of the oldest whisky shops in the world.
