The Dalmore 18 has been artfully created by our Master Whisky Maker, Gregg Glass, and his team, nurtured by hand in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels and 30 year old hand-selected Matusalem Oloroso Sherry casks, exclusive to our Highland distillery.

Our annual limited edition begins its maturation journey in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels, giving a base of soft vanilla and honey. Further enhancement follows, with a longer finishing in hand-selected 30 year old Matusalem Oloroso Sherry casks from the González Byass bodega in Spain, exclusive to The Dalmore.

Nose: Vanilla, dark chocolate, English marmalade, and sweet liquorice

Palate: Chocolate raisins, citrus fruits, rich coffee, nutmeg, and spice

Finish: Stewed fruits and toffee
