This is the last bottle of our first ever cask exclusive from Keith Bonnington at the Whisky Cellar.
We tried this cask of whisky and didn't like it then Keith took it away and put it in a lovely oloroso quarter cask for a period of time. He brought a sample back into the shop months later and we loved it. This is actually one of the best sherry bombs we have ever sold and even better when it was only from the Whisky Castle.
Originally sold in 2022, this bottle was found in the warehouse and left by mistake so it's the last ever bottle for sale in the world!
