This edition is no longer produced by the Tomintoul Distillery and we have just one bottle left in stock. 

The Limited 2004 Edition. There were only 5,094 bottles. 

Produced using the finest Sauternes Casks from France to deliver a citrus fruit and honey character to this gentle Single Malt Scotch Whisky. Non-chill Filtered and natural colour, bottled at 46%. 

Nose: Fragrant aroma's of yellow fruits and orange marmalade, mingled with ruby grapefruit, lemon drizzle cake and honeysuckle.

Palate: Tangy and sweet with layers of acacia honey, fried papaya and Galia melon bound with sweet choux pastry, cardamon and soft tobacco spices.

Finish: Lemon curd and apricate jam fading into a cinnamon baked apple with toasted oak.
