This Tomintoul 17 year old p/x finish is a Limited Edition distilled in 2005 and Non-Chill filtered. 

Only 9,870 bottles available and each bottle is individually numbered.

Distilled in 2005 and matured in ex-bourbon American Oak casks and then finished in the finest Pedro Ximenez Sherry butts from Fernando de Castilla in Andalucia, Spain. 

Nose: A rich bouquet of prunes and sweet spices married with treacle, dates and toasted oak.

Palate: Sweet and robust with layers of maple syrup, candied nuts, marmalade, salted caramel and chocolate ganache with cosy cinnamon and clove spices. 

Finish: Warming and long with notes of brittle toffee and cacao fading into a dried fig and expresso coffee glow.
