This is a very special Whisky Castle Exclusive Single Malt selected exclusively for The Whisky Castle. 

Tasting Notes: Light and fresh with pineapples, pears and vanilla cream. Undertones of honey and lemongrass and sweet, soft smoke. A lingering finish with toasted almonds and malted cereals, ending with a hint of charcoal.

Limited to only 319 bottles this single cask, non-chill filtered, natural colour, cask strength Orkney Single Malt Scotch Whisky is very special.
