Aultmore 14 y/o Speyside Single Malt from Small Batch Bottlers and exclusive to The Whisky Castle at 56.1%

Tasting Notes: Lashings of salted caramel, stewed damsons and figs. Golden syrup and marzipan, with undertones of nutmeg, ending in a velvety and rich finish of dates and dark brown sugar.

Distilled on 2009 and limited to only 272 bottles this non-chill filtered, natural colour, cask strength Aultmore Single Malt Scotch Whisky is very special. 

Our "Whisky Castle" is an Indepenent Whisky Shop established in 1904 making us one of the oldest whisky shops in the world. We specialise in promoting unique whisky and this bottle has our label.

    Tasted this dram in The Whisky Castle and it was brilliant, plenty of stewed orchard fruits and gentle oak spice. Beautiful on a cold winter evening by the fire.

    One of the finest drams I’ve tasted. Known Scott of the whisky castle for a few years now and his taste buds and recommendations have never let me down. He’s excelled himself with this one.
