We present a 32 year old single cask Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky from the Balblair Disillery. This is presented in the Connoisseurs Choice range from Gordon and MacPhail.
Distilled in 1990 and bottled 28/11/2022. This refill sherry butt cask bottling has a cask strength of 58.2%. Cask number 4169. Batch 23/013.
Tasting Notes: Stewed raisin aromas complement medjool dates and soft aniseed. Autumnal spice and fruitcake flavours are balanced by white pepper. A full and long finish with lingering citrus and plum skin.
