Inspired by the diverse flora and fauna of Cairngorms National Park, they use thirteen botanicals in this Special Edition Gin with the freshest water from the River Spey.
Botanicals include Juniper Berry, Caledonian Pine, Cloudberry, Orris Root, Coriander Seed, Sweet Orange Peel, Angelica Root, Heather Flower, Rose Hips, Star Anise, Cloves, Cassia Bark and Reindeer Moss.

Nose: A gentle spring aroma of fresh pine, green lemons and elderflower.
Palate: Crisp apples, zesty citrus, and exotic floral notes create an elegant , balanced mouthfeel, evolving with fruit and light spice.
Finish: Refined from start to finish, classic citrus and juniper blend with fruity herbaceous and peppery notes of cucumber peel and tomato leaves.
Head distiller Jack creates each artisanal gin batch by hand with passion, skill and creativity. During each distillation, the heads and tails are precisely cut to extract only the heart of the spirit and the spirit is left to rest for seven days assuring a smooth finish and full flavour in every sip.
