This is an exceptional 2010 Bruichladdich Banyul cask was from Jim McEwan's private stock. It seemed fitting to celebrate Jim's 58 years in the business with a bottling of his beloved Bruichladdich from one of the remarkable wine casks that were the cornerstone of his work. Hand picked by Jim this was clearly a bottle to be remembered.

Bottled from a First Fill Banyul Red Wine Barrique (the red wine equivalent to Sauternes) cask # 2319 nonchill filtered and natural colour at natural cask strength of 55.9%.
