Small Batch Release of only 2,000 bottles. UK Exclusive. 

A fruity and spicy small batch release of Glen Moray Single Malt created through careful maturaton in Scottish craft cider casks. 

Nose: Reminiscent of a fairground. Toffee apple and candy floss. 

Palate: Incredibly light and fresh. Summer fruits accompanied by vanilla ice cream sprinkled with toasted oats. 

Finish: Smooth and satisfying. Caramelised apple laced with spice mixes perfectly with vanilla fudge slowly melting on the tongue. 

The Cider Cask Project completes a unique flavour cycle. Using finishing casks that have matured whisky then Scottish craft cider and then Glen Moray to develop a truly special small batch spirit designed to delight and excite.
