This warm and spicy single malt is matured for 15 years in bourbon new oak and sherry casks before harmonising in the Glenfiddich unique Solera vat.
Inspired by Spanish sherry bodegas, Glenfiddich marry, mellow and intensify the malt in large Solera vats to create a deeper, warmer flavour. Never emptied they host an infinity of malts for complexity and harmony.
Nose: An intriguingly complex aroma. Sweet heather honey and vanilla fudge combined with rich dark fruits.
Palate: Silky smooth, revealing layers of sherry oak, marzipan, cinnamon and ginger. Full-bodied and bursting with flavour.
