Matured in European oak sherry-seasoned casks,
Nose: Dark brown sugar, baked orchard fruits and bright spice. Hazelnut praline, candied orange peel and maple syrup are complimented by toasted oak and soft worn leather.
Palate: Caramelised pears, dark chocolate and sweet baking spices with cinnamon, clove and cardamom. Pecan pie, crystallised ginger and orange marmalade.
