From the shelter of our little hebridean port village of Scalasaig the "Island Hopper" series has been in search of the most exceptional casks of mature scotch whisky that represents the best of the island and coastal distilleries.
From the Northern Isle of Orkney down to Islay we have uncovered casks of the rarest quality. This is a limited release of just 3,000 bottles.
The smoky warming flavour comes from the mature peated whiskies hand selected and carefully vatted together.
The rich, sweet spicy notes come from the Spanish sherry oak casks first fill to finish the maturation process.
