From The Mossburn Cask Collaboration in collaboration with Foursquare Distillery for the first in this series. A Limited Edition bottling from 38 barrels all non-chill filtered and natural colour distilled at Batch Strength 57.7%.
A classic expression of Speyside Malt Whisky aged for 12 years in ex-bourbon casks before re-aging in American Oak Casks which previously contained mature Foursquare Distilled Rums. These barrels were hand selected from the Foursquare Distillery in St Phillip, Barbados.
The Mossburm Master Distiller chose a number of mature Single Malt Whiskies from different Speyside Distilleries to illistrate the typical Speyside Malt flavours of honey, spice and delicate floral nuttiness blended to match the Muscovado notes from the fine Rum Casks.
From Mossburn Distillers and Blenders Established in 1992. The Mossburn Master Blender has specially selected barrels from their aging warehouse then released as a Limited Edition.
