'The Hearach' Isle of Harris Single Malt Scotch Whisky celebrates the connection between the Harris Outer Hebridean spirit making and the Sherry region of Andalusia in Spain.

OL 00003 24. The OL is Oloroso, the 00003 is batch 3 and 24 is the year produced.
Non-Chill Filtered and Natural Colour.

Nose: Aromas of cinnamon, orange peel and cloves with green notes of mixed herbs and the creaminess of white chocolate.
Taste: Wood smoke and walnut shells. The dram develops with a herbal hint of dried thyme closely followed by burnt oranges. Spices then come through like vanilla pods and a subtle sense of cloves before a long leather and liquorice finish.
- Bottled at 46% ABV. Non-Chill Filtered + No Artificial Colourings
- Distilled at the Isle of Harris Distillery, Tarbert, Isle of Harris
- Married in batches of around 12,000 bottles for a minimum of 16 weeks
- Matured in the village of Ardhasaig in first-fill Oloroso Sherry butts
- Casks chosen by José Miguel Martín and coopered in Bollullos Par Del Condado, Huelva, Spian.
- Casks are 500L in size, 1260mm H x 850mm W, and made with 33-35 Spanish Oak staves.
- 100% Scottish Concerto and Laureate barleys
- Lightly peated (12-15 ppm)
- Lallemand DistilaMax MV yeast
- Water sourced from Abhainn Cnoc a' Charrain, Tarbert, Isle of Harris.
- Fermentation times of 40% Medium (70 hours) + 60% Long (120 hours)
- 8000L Oregon Pine washbacks
- 5000L Spirit still (Eva) & 7000L Wash still
