A smooth and mellow 12 year old Tomintoul Speyside Oloroso Sherry Single Malt Scotch Whisky.

Matured in ex-bourbon American Oak casks and then finished in the finest Oloroso Sherry Casks from Andalucia, Spain perfectly complement this Tomintoul Single Malt imparting rich fruit flavours, which enhance the character and complexity of the scotch whisky.

The area surrounding Tomintoul Distillery is one of astounding natural beauty. This natural environment combined with the fresh mountain air of the Cairngorms, the soft, pure water from the Ballantruan spring and the tall and mighty stills of Tomintoul, all contribute to creating our exceptionally smooth and well-balanced whisky.

Nose: Rich aromas of dried fruits and toasted nuts with chocolate biscuits, vanilla pod and sweet baking spices. 

Palate: Sweet layers of maple syrup, sticky toffee pudding and chocolate ganache leading to fruit cake, caffe latte and cedarwood. 

Finish: Chocolate fudge cake, golden raisins and hints of cooked apple fading into cacao, ground coffee and toasted oak.
