Pintail Whisky from the independent bottler The Whisky Cellar. 

Cask number 10132 and limited to just 222 bottles. 

This unique Single Malt distilled and filled at Tullibardine Distillery was matured firstly in an ex-bourbon barrel then finished for more than three years in a cask whish previously held Calvados, apple brandy from Normandy, France.

Tasting notes: Notes of green apple skins, honeyed orchard fruits, dried apricots, cinnamon spice and charred oak. 

The original Pintail, named after the dabbling duck with its distinctive pointed tail feathers, was first bottled and distributed by Perth based wines and spirits merchant, Matthew Gloag & sons in 1931.
