Our very own Whisky Castle Exclusive "A Secret Taste of Orkney" is a 13 y/o Bourbon Cask Finish Single Malt Scotch Whisky, from a very well known distillery on Orkney.

We cannot say which Orkney Distillery it is but its not Scapa, so that should help??

Bottled for us with our own label by one of our Independent Bottlers this Bourbon Cask Finish is bottled at Cask Strength 62.3% Non-Chill Filtered and Natural Colour.

This is a very special Whisky Castle Exclusive Single Malt selected exclusively for The Whisky Castle. 

Tasting Notes: Light and fresh with pineapples, pears and vanilla cream. Undertones of honey and lemongrass and sweet, soft smoke. A lingering finish with toasted almonds and malted cereals, ending with a hint of charcoal.

Limited to only 319 bottles this non-chill filtered, natural colour, cask strength Orkney Single Malt Scotch Whisky is very special.
