Our 'Secret Taste of Orkney PX' is from a well known Orkney Island Distillery founded in 1798 in Kirkwall who obtained a licence in 1826. They opened a visitor centre in 1986. 

The Whisky Castle celebrated its 120th Anniversary in 2024 with this very special Orkney Pedro Ximenez Cask Strength Single Malt.

A deliciously dark sherry finish with a very dark natural colour giving a very delicate taste. 

Limited to only 262 bottles this non-chill filtered, natural colour, cask strength Orkney PX Finish Single Malt Scotch Whisky is very special.

All bottles are individually numbered and presented in a wooden case to mark the 120th Anniversary of the Whisky Castle.  

Nose: A thick desert sherry flavour on the nose. 

Palate: This wonderfully dark whisky is your typical 'sherry bomb' With a dark muscovado sugar and stewed fruit flavour followed by raisins and buttercream icing that delight the taste buds. 

Finish: A rich long a velvety finish from this truely superb 120th Anniversary dram.
