Our very own Whisky Castle Exclusive Single Malt Scotch Whisky.

Our 'Secret' Highland Distillery was founded in 1797 and is one of the oldest distilleries in Scotland. Located in the small town of Oldmeldrum in Aberdeenshire.

This Whisky Castle Exclusive Secret Taste of the Highlands has a very dark sherry natural colour from the very rich pedro ximenez cask. A complete "sherry Bomb" very rich and very delicate. 

The Whisky Castle celebrates its 120th Anniversary with this very special Highland Pedro Ximenez Cask Strength Single Malt.

Limited to only 212 bottles this single cask non-chill filtered, natural colour, cask strength 53.8%, Highland PX Finish Single Malt Scotch Whisky is very special.

Tasting Notes: 

Nose: Sweet wine followed by vanilla, plums and dates. 

Palate: Full bodied flavour with dark fruits and christmas cake leaving an oily trace on the glass. A true 'Sherry Bomb' of a whisky especially for our 120th Anniversary celebration. 

Finish: Long lingering very dark sherry.

Our "Whisky Castle" is an Indepenent Whisky Shop established in 1904 making us one of the oldest whisky shops in the world. We specialise in promoting unique whisky and this bottle has our own label.
