The Whisky Castle celebrates its 120th Anniversary with this very special Highland Pedro Ximenez Cask Strength Single Malt.

Limited to only 212 bottles this non-chill filtered, natural colour, cask strength Highland PX Finish Single Malt Scotch Whisky is very special. All bottles are individually numbered.

Tasting Notes: 

Nose: Sweet wine followed by vanilla, plums and dates. 

Palate: Ful bodied flavour with dark fruits and christmas cake leaving an oily trace on the glass. A true 'Sherry Bomb' of a whisky especially for our 120th Anniversary celebration. 

Finish: Long lingering dark sherry.
