Bottle size 75cl. 

After maturing in American Oak Casks, this single malt was then finished in two European Sherry Oak Casks

This Batch 004 Double Cask Sherry Finish from both First-Fill Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso Sherry Casks. 

Nose: The combination of juicy sultanas, orange zest, dried cranberries, toffee buns, dark chocolate, blackcurrant and plum jam.

Palate: Rich and fruity with notes of apricot, chocolate coated raisins, liquorice root and freshly grated nutmeg. 

Finish: Long and complex, with lasting sweetness.
