This is one of the best independent bottlings the Whisky Castle has brought in to stock over the last 10 years. We keep a few bottles of the best ones and this is a delightful bourbon cask..

A Single Cask from The Old Malt Cask distilled in May 1995 and bottled in April 2017. 

Limited to only 309 bottles matured in a Refill Hogshead. 

Non Chill Filtered and Natural Colour. 

Nose: Sweet toffee, tea leaves and oak. 

Palate: Powerful with toffee, raisins and honey. 

Finish: Long, slightly drying with a hint of oak.
