Bottle 1. Discovery Series No.2 from the Ardgowan Distillery Company Speyside 8 year old Oloroso Sherry Hogshead Bottle number 223 of only 686 Single Malt Scotch Whisky 59.5% 70cl. On the nose releases stacks of seasoning , roasted hazelnuts, barbecue coals, floral tinges, marzipan and feshly squeezed lime. The palate teases with vanilla toffees, fried fruit and macadamia nuts and leaves a nutty, rich dark chocolate finish. 

Bottle 2. Discovery Series No.3 from the Ardgowan Distillery Company Highland 10 year old Refill Sherry Hogshead Bottle number 053 of only 320 Single Malt Scotch Whisky 64.4% 70cl. On the nose spicy, honey with candied cashews. The palate is complex and effervescent sherried fruit with a teasingly slow, rich leathery finish. 

Bottle 3. Discovery Series No.4 from the Ardgowan Distillery Company Highland 8 year old First Fill Sherry Hogshead Bottle number 626 of only 1100 Single Malt Scotch Whisky 60% 70cl. On the nose barbequed pineapple, cinnamon and delicate floral notes. The palate has rich butterscotch, sherry trifle and treacle tart with a long lingering finish on the tastebuds.
