Balblair Distillery 32 year old sherry finished single cask Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky presented in a lovely wooden presentation box from the Connoisseurs Choice range by Gordon and MacPhail.

Distilled in 1990 and bottled 28/11/2022. Limited to just 114 bottles.

This refill sherry butt cask bottling has a cask strength of 58.2%. Cask number 4169. Batch 23/013. 

Tasting Notes:  Stewed raisin aromas complement medjool dates and soft aniseed. Autumnal spice and fruitcake flavours are balanced by white pepper. A full and long finish with lingering citrus and plum skin.
