Distilled on 14/01/2016 and bottled on 04/03/2024 at Ballindalloch Distillery as a UK Exclusive.

This Single Cask Number 002 is limited to 250 bottles from a Bourbon Barrel.

The surrounding land and the distillery is owned by the Macpherson-Grant's who live in the nearby Ballindalloch Castle, the home of the family since 1546.

An old steading from 1848 was converted to be the new distillery from 2011.

The barley is grown in the surrounding fields and the draff from the production is fed to the herd of Black Angus owned by the family.
