Braeval Distillery (Braes of Glenlivet)

This whisky was bottled in August 2022 at the age of 27 years.
In 1994 the 'Braes of Glenlivet Distillery' changed its name to the 'Braeval Distillery' to avoid confusion with a very close neighbouring distillery on the Glenlivet estate.
In 2001 Chivas Brothers was purchased by Pernod Ricard who then closed the distillery in 2002 before being re-opened in 2008.
