At the 2018 Feis Ile Whisky Festival this was Bunahabhain's Strictly Limited special edition release of their 2007 Moine Oloroso.
Distilled in 2007 after 11 years in Oloroso Sherry Casks.
Nose: Dried fruit, creamy toffee and chocolate blended with spicy, smoky peatiness.
Palate: Sweet, fills the mouth with fig and raisin, honeyed nuts, pepper and wood smoke.
Finish: Sweet, mildly smoky, long and lingering.

Bunnahabhain 2002 Spanish Oak Finish from the Feis Ile 2018 Islay Whisky Festival Single Malt Scotch Whisky 58.2% 70cl
Bottle number 0266 of only 1500 bottles.
At the 2018 Feis Ile Whisky Festival this was Bunahabhain's first ever release of this Limited Edition Spanish Oak Finish Malt.
Distilled in 2002 into whisky refill casks the developing malt was then transferred into Spanish Oak Gran Reserva butts in 2013. This slowly added the intense aroma of ripe berries, spices and oak to the unique flavours.
Nose: Oak with grape and dried fruits, toffee nuts and subtle spice.
Palate: Coats the mouth with rich Spanish brandy and dark chocolate, lightly oaked and gently spiced.
Finish: Sweet grape and subtle spice, long and lingering.
