Caisteal Chamuis also known as Knock Castle was once a strategic stronghold that helped Clan MacLeod secure their hold over the Sleat Peninsula on Skye. Today the  castle ruins are testament to its rich and storied history. 

This classic style 12 year old Island Blend Malt Whisky is a testament to Hebridean Life and lore and reminds us of a time of peat fires, lively company and bold spirits. 

First aged to perfection for 12 years or more in refill and first-fill hogsheads then re-aged in Oloroso Sherry casks. This ensures a sweet smoothness to complement the peat smoke, and a rich lingering finish. 

Heavily peated. Non chill Filtered and Natural Colour. 

A bold and smoky whisky blended from a careful selection of fine single malts on the islands of Scotland. All aged for 12 years or more. Finished in Oloroso sherry casks.
