From Chivas Regal this Japanese Oak Finish is from the Ultimate Cask Collection and a Limited Edition Travellers Exclusive. 

An exclusive Non Chill Filtered Blend finished in Japanese Oak that intensifies the honey, vanilla and exotic spice flavours of the original Chivas 18 year old. 

These remarkable oak casks are made using Japanese Mizunara Oak, that are up to 200 years old, making them difficult to source and difficult to work with. Handcrafted by a team of talented and highly experienced master coopers, this oak imparts a wonderfull flavour. 

Palate: Well Balanced notes of sweet clementine, pears, vanilla and exotic spices.

Finish: A marrage of Scottish complexity and passion with Japanese elegance and refinement.
