Sloe berries and Uist brambles are added to our Downpour Scottish Dry Gin and aged in bourbon casks to create a complex rich fruity flavour.
Kate and Jonny started North Uist Distillery in 2019, the result of their long held dream to build a vibrant new distillery on their island home. As islanders they wanted to creating something exciting and new that could create new employment opportunities and attract more visitors to the Outer Hebrides.
Everything they do at North Uist Distillery Co. is inspired by the beautiful island surroundings.
