Eight Lands is a London Gin with 11 organic botanicals used to create a unique flavour. Organic Juniper Berry with Organic Wood Sorrel and Organic Cowberries which grow wild on the estate along Organic Coriander, Organic Cardamin, Organic Cassia Bark, Organic Sheep Sorrel Dry, Organic fresh lemon peel, Organic fresh lime peel, Organic Camomile Flowers and Organic Orris Root.
The Coriander, Cardamin, Cassia Bark add the spice to the gin and the Camomile Flowers and Orris Root provide the floral flavour with the Orris Root also binding the flavours.
Tasting Note: Big juniper on the nose, backed up by fresh pine and citrus. To taste, it's sweet juniper balanced with tart red berry and citrus. Hints of black tea and warm spice on the finish.
