Glencadam distillery is located in the Historic Royal Burgh of Brechin.
Established in 1825 the distillery is celebrating its 200th anniversary.
It's two copper pot stills have their lye pipes uniquely angled upwards, this distinctive feature enhances the whisky's signature smoothness and complexity with orchard and tropical fruit character.
Non Chill Filtered and Natural Colour bottled at 46%.
Nose: Tangy and fresh with aromas of tropical fruits and citrus bound by a vanilla pod sweetness and warming cake spices.
Palate: Fruity and crisp with layers of cooked pineapple, lemon posset, vanilla sponge cake and green apple with fresh citrus zest highlights.
Finish: Warming impressions of key lime pie, almond flan and sherbert lemons leaving a nutty peppery finish.
