The Glenlivet 12 year old Single Malt Scotch Whisky from the Classic Golf Courses Series has been discontinued since the mid 2000's. 

It was part of a Limited Series of Special bottlings that Glenlivet released to celebrate iconic golf courses in Scotland. 

We believe this edition was released around the1990's and discontinued around the mid 2000's

This edition honors Carnoustie Golf Links, one of the worlds most famous and challenging golf courses, located on the east coast of Scotland. 

The tin packaging features imagery to the Carnoustie Golf Course, emphasizing Glenlivet's connection to Scotland's rich traditions of both Scotch Whisky and Golf. 

The 12 year old single malt was when released Glenlivet's standard 12 year old Single Malt, known for its smooth and balanced character is presented in a 75cl bottling. 

It was marketed at the time to both enthusiates to Scotch Whisky and Golf and now has become a Single Malt for the collector looking for a discontinued bottling. 

Tasting Notes: Fruity notes like pear and apple with hints of oak and a creamy finish.
