The Sovereign Single Grain Scotch Whisky aged in a Single Cask Ref: HL11237

Distilled October 1984 and bottled February 2015. Aged 30 years old. 

Each bottle is individually numbered and limited to 687 bottles. 

Aged in a refill-butt, bottled at cask strength, non-chill filtered and natural colour. 

A gold whisky with a mellow nose of vanilla, shortbread, pears and a floral note. The palate has creamy butterscotch to start, followed by nuts and dark chocolate. A long and dry finish with a nutty aftertaste.
