Inverness Gin from the Great Glen Distillery 41% 70cl

This Small Batch bottle comes decorated with a picture of Inverness in the bottle. 

On the nose a vibrant and zesty, sweet summer scented elderflower. 

Bold juniper is balanced with a vibrant elderflower and fennel seed, rich, savoury umami notes from chanterelle mushroom and sugar kelp seaweed, sweet tart lingonberry with a long creamy citrus finish. 

A great sipping gin or served on the rocks or with a good light premium tonic water. One part gin to two parts tonic. 

The perfect serve, take a tumbler or large red wine glass, peel two strips of orange using a vegetable peeler, squeeze the peel into the glass to allow the oils to coat the inside. Top the glass up with plenty of ice add one part gin and two parts light premium tonic water, the add the actual peel, stir gently.
