Lightly peated balanced with peppery spice, sweet fruit and nut flavours. 

Scottish barley malyed with highland peat. 

Matured first in the strong foundations of our ex-rye whiskey casks and finished in a combination of ex-Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry quarter casks, this whisky boasts hints of peppery spice, almond, nuts and sweet fruit.
