Longmorn 'The Distiller's Choice' Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky 40% 70cl

Longmorn Distillery was founded in 1894 in Elgin, Morayshire. It was a distillery built when Scotch was at its pinnacle. The founder John Duff is often referred to as one of the foremost serial entrepreneurs in the Scotch Whisky industry.

The Longmorn Distiller's Choice was first introduced in 2015 / 2016

To craft this exceptionally balanced and elegant malt whisky, three types of cask are expertly combined to create an exquisitely smooth and creamy malt, with subtle spice notes.

First fill American Oak barrels bring sweet caramel notes, tempered with hints of warm spices from ex-sherry casks, whislt traditional oak casks impart subtle depth. The result is a very smooth malt, with delicate spice and sweet treacle toffee notes.
