Date nosed 15/10/2003, tipped 29/11/2003 and bottled 30/11/2003.

Tube has hand written tasting notes describing:

Nose: Rich in ginger and wood spices, orange peel, raisins, toffee with oak.

Taste: An abundance of wood spices (ginger, nutmeg) with fruit, chocolate and resins.

Finish: Fruity and wood spice.
