This is a special collectors bottle from The Macallan Distillery released in 2020.

This limited edition release from the Archival Series is the 6th Edition which commemorates Macallan's advertising campaigns from the 1970's, 80s and 90s. Each edition features a metal case in the form of a book. It contains the bottle and a book explaining what the edition celebrates.

The 6th Edition bottle and book-shaped presentation case are presented to showcase a campaign that featured 'The Chairman' depicted as a Scotsman dancing the Highland Fling over a pen and paint brush, which were the symbols of the advertising team Holmes and Salaman.

There is said to be 24 books in the Archival series and this has proved to be one of the most collectable Macallan series ever released.
