From the Finn Thomson 'Private Cask Collection' this North British 26 year old Single Grain from Cask No. 596163 is both Natural Colour and Non Chill Filtered. Limited to only 129 bottles, each bottle is individually numbered.

The Story of the Cask:

Finn Thomson are always on the look out for the very best casks of whisky. In November 2024, Finn received a call from a Master Blender who had discovered a selection of North British Casks that were too good to be heading into the blending market. These were Single Grain Casks heavily sherried and not fitting the profile the Master Blender was looking for. 

After tasting samples from 8 casks Finn selected 4 casks for bottling into the Finn Thomson Private Cask Collection. 

This particular cask from the North British Distillery is bursting with chocolate, caramel and raisins. 

This is one Single Grain Scotch Whisky to add to the collection. An exceptional Grain Scotch Whisky.
