By an ancient custom , originating in the Royal Navy, a Salute of 21 guns is the perogative of the Reigning Sovereign. Royal Salute Whisky created to celebrate the Coronation of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth.

Presented in the gold box with a Ruby Wade Flagon and ruby velvet bag.

Gold box decorated with the Chivas Brothers building in King Street Aberdeen, establised in 1801, the original old world premises of Chivas Brothers Limited and Strathisla Distillery establised in 1786, the oldest Malt Whisky distillery in the Highlands of Scotland, owned and operated by Chivas Brothers Limited. Also pictured a Scottish Knight on horseback.
