This is the first in our Single Distillery Vintage Series from The Whisky Cellar.
Distilled in 2013 and bottled in 2021.
From The Tobermory Distillery from four magnificient casks in 2013 (numbered 12058, 12059, 12060 and 12061.
These were then finished in the same Oloroso Sherry Hogshead used in The Scalasaig Blended Malt.
Notes of honey cereal interplay with poached pears and ripe melon. There is spice and a distant oak char note with some salted peanutson the finish.
Non chill filtered and 100% natural colour. Limited to just 1,490 bottles.
