This Single Malt Scotch Whisky has been distilled from barley grown on the Kintyre Peninsula within a few miles of the Springbank Distillery. The barley in then malted on their own malt floors using traditional production techniques before being turned into their Spirit, matured then into their whisky and bottled on site making this a 100% Campbeltown Single Malt Scotch Whisky.

Each year, Springbank use different barley varieties, grown by different local farmers.
Typically matured in ex-Bourbon casks, or a mix of ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks.
This Springbank Local Barley has been bottled at 10 years old and made from Belgravia Barley grown at Glencraigs Farm, located just 2.5 miles from the distillery.
