Colour: Amber
Nose: Stewed fruit leads to raspberry sorbet and dried banana. Dark chocolate.
Taste: Dark forest fruits and clove spice intertwine with soft aniseed, treacle toffee and ashy undertones which are followed by cracked pepper.
Finish: Medium bodied with baked apple and toasted oak.
