Batch number 2024/005 at 54.5%.

This bottled was filled at the distillery as an exclusive release after maturation in rejuvenated red wine casks. 

Tasting Notes: Heavy and intense with brine, cured meats, smoked paprika powder and cloves combined with bananas, creamy vanilla and toasted bread.
