Nose: Intensly aromatic with dark treacle, raisin fudge and muscovado sugar in a morello cherry and baked orange fruitcake.
Palate: Sip remarkable flavours of stewed fruits, orange peel and baked sultana bread bound by robust allspice, cigar box and leather.
Finish: Savour caramelised walnut, treacle and date oil into the exceedingly long and full bodied finish.
